2. Grover Campbell, Vice Chancellor for Governmental Relations, reviews all bills and sends key bills via email to university contacts:

3. University contacts distribute bills to key directors and faculty for review.

4. University contacts return reviewed bills to the Vice Chancellor for Governmental Relations.

5. The Vice Chancellor for Governmental Relations works with the UH System Office of University Relations to develop position papers as needed, based on the reviews.

6. Position papers are distributed to the four UH System universities, sent via listserv, and posted on the Internet as appropriate.
